Before booking your audition time you must read the information about auditions, callbacks and casting HERE.

All of our audition times are open to AEA members, EMC, and Non-AEA members. Please sign up for a time that best fits your schedule.

Please make sure you sign up early to guarantee an audition slot. Auditions tend to fill up quickly, and we want to make sure everyone gets a slot that works with their schedule. If you’re having trouble booking an audition slot after reading information on our audition page HERE, please email auditions@phoenixtheatre.com; we will respond as soon as possible. 

Please make sure the e-mail address attached to your account here and listed on your audition form is correct. We will use that address to contact you about callbacks.

If you need reasonable accommodations to audition and cannot submit a video, please contact Chelsea Anderson at auditions@phoenixtheatre.com to request a time to audition in person. 

Auditions will be held in The Phoenix Theatre Company’s Hardes Theatre building. Auditioning artists should first report to the lobby in the Hardes Theatre. There will be signage posted at the theatre directing you to the appropriate spaces at the time of the auditions.

Each half-hour block includes six (6) five-minute audition openings. If your desired time slot is not listed, it is likely already full. If you try to book a slot and it gives you a “Sold Out” error at the top of the page, the slot is no longer available. You need to pick another slot and try to book again.

NOTE: These auditions are for actors ages 16+. Youth actors are encouraged to send their headshot/resume and a completed audition form to auditions@phoenixtheatre.com with the subject line YOUTH AUDITIONS 2023-24.
